Welcome to BChabura.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the BChabura platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BChabura provides a platform for chaburos and study groups to organize their learning curriculum, coordinate schedules, and track progress. We offer optional integration with Google Calendar to help users visualize their schedules alongside their learning.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • BChabura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Use of Google Calendar Integration

  • Our service allows you to connect your Google Calendar to view your events within BChabura.
  • We do not modify or delete your Google Calendar data.
  • You may disconnect this integration at any time through your account settings.

4a. SMS / Text Messaging Program

BChabura operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of yeshivos, kollelim, and chaburos to deliver learning notifications, reminders, donation receipts, account notifications, and fundraising appeals to opted-in members.

  • Opt-In: You consent to receive text messages by signing up on bchabura.com, being added by a yeshiva administrator with a valid phone number, or by texting START, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to our messaging number.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your yeshiva/kollel activity.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Help: Reply HELP for support, or email Hi@Bizup.Services.
  • Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
  • Upload any content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

BChabura is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.
